Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital marketing services purchased from CRID Marketing through cridmarketing.com. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any plan.

1. Nature of Our Services

CRID Marketing provides customized digital marketing services including campaign management, content creation, SEO, and video production. As these are professional services that involve time, expertise, and resources deployed from the start of each billing cycle, our refund policy reflects the nature of service delivery.

2. General Refund Policy

Since we offer fully customized marketing services, all service fees are non-refundable once the service delivery for that billing period has commenced. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of payment.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

A full or partial refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Payment was made more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error
  • The service was charged but not delivered within the agreed timeline through no fault of the Client
  • A billing error or incorrect amount was charged
  • Payment was made and the Client cancels within 24 hours before any work has commenced

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • The Client is dissatisfied with campaign results that were within the agreed scope of service
  • The Client provided incorrect information or delayed asset delivery, affecting results
  • The Client requests cancellation after the billing cycle has started
  • Dissatisfaction based on changes in business circumstances unrelated to our services
  • Partial month usage — fees are charged for the full calendar month

5. Performance Guarantee Clause

Instead of refunds for underperformance, CRID Marketing offers a service continuation guarantee: if agreed ROAS targets are not achieved within the first 60 days, we will continue providing services at no additional charge until those targets are met. This guarantee applies when the Client has fulfilled all responsibilities outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to care@cridmarketing.com within 7 days of the payment date
  • Include your full name, registered email, transaction ID, and reason for the request
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method

7. Refund Processing

All approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment source. Processing times may vary based on your bank or card issuer. We do not process refunds in cash or by cheque.

8. Disputes

If you believe there has been an unauthorized charge or a billing error, please contact us immediately at care@cridmarketing.com. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
